Procurement and Business Contracts procures goods and services for the University, and coordinates and processes agreements and contracts between the University and outside parties.

Equipment Management assigns property numbers and maintains inventorial equipment records for all equipment under the care and custody of UCSC.

Temporary Support Services provides on-campus temporary staffing solutions.

Risk Services helps departments identify their risk exposures, recommends strategies to reduce identified risks, and administers the campus's insurance programs.

Print Services supports the design, production and delivery of printed information to the UCSC campus:

Design Services provides professional graphic and desktop publishing services, from concept to final, to the UCSC Campus community.

Copier Program provides the campus community with high-quality, self-serve copiers on a cost-per-copy basis.

XpressIt! Business & Creative solutions. Provides the campus community with quick copy and professor publishing services.

Mail Services provides distribution and collection of both intra-campus and USPS mail; and provides services to broadcast messages to selected groups within the campus community.
